ADRA needs any long-shelf-life food, but the most useful items are:

    • Canned Tuna
    • Long Life Milk
    • Cereal
    • Canned Vegetables
    • Pasta
    • Pasta Sauce
    • 2-Minute Noodles
    • Biscuits (any)
    • Spreads (peanut butter, jam, etc)

We encourage you to support our ADRA centres by doing a tin Can drive in your community and church.

    Frequently Asked Questions – FAQS

    • Is it better to give food or money?

Both. Donations are a lifeline for us, so absolutely, if you can donate directly to ADRA it would be a big help in helping us continue providing assistance to those in need. Whether food or financial*, your donation will always be welcomed.

*Donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.
