Urgent Prayer Request. Baby Imogen’s MRI came ba

Urgent Prayer Request. Baby Imogen’s MRI came back showing that the brain tumour has grown and spread to her spine (shown as dots on her spine in the scan). Christie and I are totally shocked and devastated. Imogen was not showing any problems which would have alerted us to this.

Please pray for her doctors and medical team as they consider what is the best treatment and way forward. There is a ‘growth inhibitor’ drug that they found is a match for a gene fusion in the cancer cells which they tested last year. It’s called ponatinib. Her oncologist has kept this option in case the chemo didn’t work. We are now hoping that they can use it successfully on the cancer.

Christie and I are totally exhausted. They brought us back to the hospital today for a second MRI just of her spine. We meet with her neurosurgeon early tomorrow morning in the hope that he can help us too. Please pray he can.
.
There are doctors networking through the PRISM study and between hospitals to determine plans and best way forward. Please pray for guidance as big decisions are being made for her.
.
Christie and I are putting our total faith in God no matter what. We are desperately asking Him to intervene to help Imogen. Please join us in praying for baby Imogen’s full healing from brain cancer, congenital Glioblastoma Multiforme Grade 4.
