United Night 2026 was a meaningful evening of fellowship, worship, prayer as Daughters of God United gathered at Parramatta Seventh-day Adventist Church. “We thank God for every woman, family member, and guest who came together in unity and faith,” said Meleofa Tovo, Greater Sydney Conference Women’s Ministries Director and the evening’s speaker.
The atmosphere was both welcoming and purposeful, with attendees dressed in pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness, creating a visible expression of care and solidarity, while fellowship, spiritual music, and the Word of God brought encouragement and connection.
The presence of God was clearly felt throughout the program as hearts were lifted in praise, prayer was shared, and women were encouraged in their walk with Christ. A special highlight of the evening was the release of the 2026 Women’s Ministry theme, “Anchored in God,” inspired by Isaiah 26:3: “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.” The theme calls women to remain grounded in Christ, steady thro.ugh life’s challenges, and firm in their faith and purpose.
A key outcome of the evening was the strong response to mission. Twenty-one women committed to the Solomon Islands TPUM4Christ Mission Trip, and $2,718 was raised on the night to support this outreach.
This mission trip forms part of a wider evangelistic movement across the Pacific. In 2026, the Trans Pacific Union Mission (TPUM) will lead Pacific for Christ, a large-scale initiative aligned with the Church’s “I Will Go” strategy, with more than 1,800 evangelistic sites planned across the region. As part of this movement, the Greater Sydney Conference will focus on partner missions in the Solomon Islands and American Samoa, supporting local churches and communities through evangelism and outreach.
“We sincerely thank everyone who attended, prayed, gave, and contributed to making United Night 2026 a success,” Tovo remarked. “Above all, we give glory to God for the lives encouraged, the commitments made, and the mission impact that continues beyond this event.”
