As we will be gathering at the Conference Room at the Sydney Adventist Hospital, numbers will be limited, and strict COVID safety measures will be in place.

Registration is ESSENTIAL under Hospital COVID safety protocols and for catering purposes. Attendance by Registration ONLY. Limited capacity.

Directions & parking

As we will be gathering within the Hospital precinct, we need to comply with the strict COVID safety rules applied by the Hospital below:

Enter the Hospital grounds at the main entrance at the traffic lights on Fox Valley Road.
Proceed to parking in P1 of the undercover parking (at the roundabout at the end of the road)
Parking available on Level 3, 4 or 5 to Level 5.
Enter Hospital through glass doors to lifts.
Proceed to Level 4, turn right for Main Reception .
Complete “Check In” at the Main Reception of the Hospital.
Staff will direct you to the Level 2 Conference Room.

COVID Safety

As we will be gathering within the Hospital precinct, we need to comply with the strict COVID safety rules applied by the Hospital below:

all visitors must wear a surgical mask when inside the hospital at all times.
all visitors must sign in at the Zipline Check-in stations at the main entrance to the hospital (vaccination status may be confirmed here).
if unvaccinated or partially vaccinated (1 vaccination), a RAT must be undertaken prior to arrival and provide evidence of a negative result.
visitors must socially distance where possible.
visitors must NOT enter the facility if they have symptoms of COVID.
as per current ruling no visitors should enter the high-risk facility within 10 days of entering Australia from overseas, despite negative testing.
