With very heavy hearts, we share the news of the passing of Pastor Peleti Peleti.
Before transitioning to a full-time Greater Sydney Conference pastor in 2024, Pr Peleti taught at Macarthur Adventist College from 2018 to 2023.
Although his time in ministry was not long, it was long enough for him to leave a deep mark in the Greater Sydney Conference. More than a great colleague in ministry, he was an even better friend. Pastor Peleti loved the Lord, loved His church, loved his students, and served with sincerity, humility, and a genuine heart for people.
His absence will be deeply felt. We grieve, but not without hope. In Jesus Christ, we hold to the blessed assurance that this farewell is not forever, and that one day we will rejoice together again in His presence.
We continue to lift up his family in prayer, asking God to surround them with His peace and to comfort them with the promises that sustain us in times like this. We also pray for the churches in his care. May the Lord hold them close and strengthen them in the days ahead.
