    88FM Radio Advertising

    (30-second) Radio Ad Request Form to advertise your event on GSC's western Sydney Radio channel, 88.0 Faith FM.


    Overview

    88FM is a radio network broadcasting Christian content to the western region of Sydney, including Penrith and Campbelltown. Owned by the Greater Sydney Conference, the station is operated as a syndicate of FaithFM with local programming and content. 88FM reaches a significant portion of the Greater Sydney Conference, with a potential audience of more than 1.2 million people.

     

    Do we qualify to run an ad on the station?

    As an outlet of the Conference, local Churches and ministries who serve and operate in the western Sydney region are welcome to advertise events on the channel free of charge. If your program/event is based in or targets any of the suburbs within the Western Sydney boundary, you qualify.

     

    What is the ad duration?

    30-Seconds.

     

    How much time do you need?

    A minimum of 1 month is required to allow the ad sufficient creation and air time. A month and a half is the preferred minimum.

    If your event is less than one month away, please consider other ways to locally advertise.

     

    What do I do to advertise on the station?

    1. Click on the “Link” button.
    2. Fill in the field.* The form does not save so be sure to fill it out in one go.
    3. Submit

    Once done we will contact you if additional information is required.

    *Many of the questions have been included to help your church be sharply intentional about mission and community engagement.

     

    What do I do while I wait?

    Please be sure you have a website or Facebook event setup up with information listeners would need, including contact information. The Greater Sydney Conference will not be responsible for fielding questions regarding you event.

    When ready, post your event to our Notice Board at https://sydney.adventist.org.au/notice-board.

    Can we provide our own script?

    You may, but it will need to final approval and will be subjected to editing. If would like to proceed with your own, the script must be:

    • Between 75 to 85 words
    • Contain the essentials: What (event), Where, When (date & time) and incentive (the main reason to come
    • Call-to-action (examples: Book your ticket today! , Register today! Save the date! Join us for a morning/afternoon/day/evening of [uncountable noun]!)
    • Event/resource link (if long, create a short link at https://bitly.com/)

    Submit your ad to the Communications Team.

    Example:

    Do you want to live a healthier and happier life? You’re invited to a free Health Expo and Fete Day at Parramatta Seventh-day Adventist Church on Sunday October 30. Bring your family and friends and enjoy healthy cooking demonstrations, free giveaways, and much more! Remember, that’s Sunday October 30 at Parramatta Seventh-day Adventist Church.
