Transport

If possible book flights to Newcastle Airport. Conference organizers have a bus service to pick up attendees from Newcastle Airport.  For those who must fly into Sydney Airport, need to plan their travel to Avondale by train to Morriset Station, conference organizers will have a bus service to pick up attendees from Morriset Station. Registration for bus services will be available closer to the time of the conference.

Accommodation

Avondale has both single and twin share accommodation.

There are 67 single rooms available for conference attendees, which will be allocated by date and time of your registration for those who have chosen single rooms, once those 67 rooms have been allocated all other attendees will be allocated into twin share accommodation. We will do our sincere best to cater for your needs.
