Make a difference in someone’s life by running a Nedley Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program (DARP). This training teaches you how.
The Nedley DARP is an eight-week mental health group program that addresses the hits and causes of depression and anxiety. Participants will learn about depression, anxiety and other mental health issues, as well as the lifestyle and cognitive approaches to manage emotions instead of emotions managing you.

To run the Nedley DARP, each church needs at least one trained DARP Associate Director and one trained DARP Facilitator. Encourage others in your church to be trained.
Newly updated Nedley DARP material (new workbook and videos) are now available.
For those who have previously trained in Nedley DARP, you can still use the older materials. Current trained DARPers can utilise the newly updated version of Nedley DARP workbook and videos by joining a recertification training.
There are three types of training. The first is for those who have already had previous training and only require recertification (after 3-year certification expiry). The following is for people who are new to the Nedley DARP training. The Associate Director is the main coordinator of the training and is required to have all paper and video resources to run the program. The Facilitator is the assistant to the Associate Director and will facilitate group discussions.
To run a Nedley DARP program, at least one facilitator and one associate director must be present per 15 people, per the new guidelines.
For those previously trained in Nedley DARP. Includes a new manual, new workbook and updated videos (for Associate Directors only).
