Sydney, AUSTRALIA — Effective immediately, the Minchinbury Adventist Book Centre (ABC) is updating its hours. Instead of opening every Sunday, it will now be open every third Sunday of each month from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. This includes public holiday weekends and long weekends. Weekday hours remain the same.
The reason for the change is simple—better stewardship of resources. “We’re not seeing as much foot traffic on Sundays,” explains Nic Coutet, ABC Manager. “Opening once a month will increase foot traffic and sales without increased overhead.”
Updated hours are as follows:
- Sundays: 10:00am to 2:00pm, every third Sunday of each month only
- Mondays: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Tuesdays: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Wednesdays: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Thursdays: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Fridays: 9:00am to 12:30pm
- Saturdays: Closed
