SYDNEY, NSW — Mark your calendars for April 21st to April 27th, 2025, as Adventists from across the greater Sydney will converge at the picturesque Adventist Alpine Village in Jindabyne for Big Camp 2025. This year’s theme, “Empowered to Go,” resonates with the Cycle of Evangelism and Harvest 25 initiatives, underscoring the call to action for believers to step into their roles as disciples of God. The event promises a week filled with spiritual enrichment, practical guidance, and empowering encouragement.
The highlight of this year’s gathering will be keynote addresses by prominent speakers Dr. Randy Roberts (Big Tent) and Pastor Ramdin (Youth & YA). Dr. Randy Roberts, Senior Pastor at Loma Linda University Church, brings a wealth of experience and insight on living a life of faith in contemporary society. Joining him is Pastor Adam Ramdin, Executive Producer of Lineage Journey, who will share his unique perspectives on historical faith journeys and their relevance today. Together, they aim to equip attendees to nurture resilience and embrace their spiritual mission.
With its breathtaking natural surroundings and focused agenda, Big Camp 2025 offers attendees an opportunity not just for personal reflection but also community building. Participants will engage in workshops that provide practical tools for evangelism while fostering connections among fellow believers. The event aligns perfectly with Harvest 25’s goal of nurturing a vibrant Christian community ready to make a meaningful impact in today’s world.
Big Camp will fall across two public holidays this year: Easter Monday on April 21st and Anzac Day on Friday, April 25th. Pricing and availability of external accommodation will be impacted by these back-to-back long weekends, so reserve your spots early. Applications for special needs-based accommodations on-site will open with registration and close on December 16th, 2024. We will notify applicants of the application outcome by January 31st, 2025.
