The Conference Office building at 4 Cambridge Street Epping will soon be demolished to make way for the construction of a new Residential plus Conference Office tower. This will take approximately 2 years. During this period, the Conference Office will be located at the Shannon Building (185 Fox Valley Road, Wahroonga NSW) within the Sydney Adventist Hospital. Our move in date is November 5, 2018.
Please note that the Adventist Book Centre, Sydney (Epping location) will not be moving with the Conference as there is an ABC store currently located at the hospital. The Epping store will be relocated early next year. Location to be announced.
About Epica at Epping
Visitors to Epping will be amazed at the level of development in the town centre near the station. Behind the scenes, we’ve also been busy. Our Development Application was approved last year on 06 December, with a small number of conditions. We’re working on those conditions. We expect the construction certificate to be approved in the second half of this year.
About this building:
- The sole owner and occupant of ground and first floors, the Conference will have a dedicated lift and entry on both levels
- 23 floors, with 83 apartments above the Conference Office
