Summer Camp is the most epic part of the Summer holidays, especially for our young people in the Greater Sydney region. This year, we will be having 2 Summer Camps:
- Teen Camp – 9th – 14th of January (14 – 18 year-olds)
- Jets Camp – 16th – 21st of January (10 – 13 year-olds)
Summer Camps are full of wild, fun activities and worship programs. The friendships you make with other staff are unlike anything you will experience elsewhere. It’s a spiritual high for all who attend and is a great way to minister for Jesus in a fun and impactful way.
To provide a safe camp for your young guests, we need people to help keep it a fun and save environment. We need you!
Applicant Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 16+ years old to be a Junior Camp staff member, and 19+ years old to be a Teen Camp staff member.
- All staff are required to comply and conduct themselves to the standards of the Seventh-day Adventist Church as well as all camp policies and procedures.
- All staff are required to attend Staff Camp on January 6 & 7. Some online training for Summer Camps may also be involved.
- Applicants who are 18 or over at the start of camp, must have a valid & current working with children check.
Applicant Process
All applications will be reviewed in early October. A Conference personnel will get back to you shortly after this date to let you know whether we will be needing you at our 2024 Summer Camps.
