Ashley Fell, Mark McCrindle – “Understanding and Engaging with Generation Z”
Ashley Fell is a social researcher, TEDx speaker and Director of Communications at the internationally recognised McCrindle. As a trends analyst she understands the need to communicate with the emerging generations to effectively engage with them. From her extensive experience in media and communications, Ashley advises on how to achieve cut through in message-saturated times. Her expertise is in how to communicate across generational barriers.
In addition to delivering keynote presentations at conferences, Ashley is booked to conduct training days for corporate and not for profit clients, facilitate panels across an array of industries and deliver workshops across diverse generations. From generational change to the impact of technology, from key demographic transformations to social trends Ashley delivers research-based presentations analysing the global and national megatrends.
With academic qualifications in communications, an ongoing role in deploying and analysing national research studies, and with her position leading the communications strategy at McCrindle, Ashley brings robust, research-based content to her engaging presentations and consulting.
Christina Hawkins, Stewardship Director from South Pacific Division – “Tithe, offerings and accountability principle”
Christina is a member of Discipleship Ministries Team at the SPD with a focus on Stewardship. She is passionate about seeing church members understand that they have access to unlimited resources when they partner with God and seek to do His will in their lives.
Christina worked at Sanitarium in various capacities from nutrition communications, to Weet-Bix Brand Manager, Breakfast Cereals Senior Product Manager caring for the entire cereal category, Lifestyle Medicine (disease reversal, Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) and other capacities for over 17 years. Previous Stewardship related role was being the Marketing Manager at Christian Super for 2 ½ years writing the Product Disclosure Statement and Annual reports for the fund.
Christina brings over 20 years of marketing, communication and management skills to the church with the goal of equipping people to become passionate and natural disciple makers in ways that reflect their unique gifting and calling. Whilst Christina is not a pastor, she is a passionate student of scripture and seeks to help others lead and disciple from the Word of God.
