This year’s Expedition is unlike any we have done before. Due to the unpredictable nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and the current lockdown in NSW, the 2021 Pathfinder Expedition will take the form of an online and local club event.
This means that there will be online worship programs for you to participate in, as well as physical requirements that you must complete over the course of the weekend.
You must record and complete all of your requirements in the Log Book (obtained upon registering), and show this to your Club Leader before you are eligible to receive your Expedition patch.
The Urban Expedition is unique in that it can be undertaken in your local area. The hiking component of the Expedition can be completed in your neighbourhood or local park and/or nature reserve.

As outlined in the Pre-Log and Log Book, all online worship programs will be premiered to YouTube here (see also button above). Please remember to turn off the subtitles as YouTube often generates their own. You can do this by pressing the Closed Captions (CC) button.

Please know that they are only a recommendation. We have selected these particular Honours as they complement our weekend program well. All eHonours should be ordered from the Adventist Book Centre, as per normal.
This year there will be no formal registration page for Pathfinders. Instead, we have set up an online web page for Pathfinder Club Leaders only. As a Leader, you will be able to order a bulk delivery of patches for your club. Distribution of patches will also be your own responsibility
Patches will only be mailed out to you after you have provided us with the Log Books and list of names of those who have completed the Expedition in your club. Thank you for noting this.

We know that Pathfinders love a bit of healthy competition. So, to make the Urban Expedition a bit more interesting, there will be a prize for the club that clocks up the most amount of steps over the month of November. To make sure every club has a fair chance to win, we will be dividing the score with the number of Pathfinders in the club to get the average.
Date: The competition will begin on November 7th and finish on November 21st. The winning team will be announced after this date.
